The GoodFood EF28L is a professional floor-standing electric fryer built for institutional catering: school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cafés and restaurants that need a steady daily frying volume. A single-well design with a 28 L tank and an 18 kW heating element supports large batch cooking.
The housing, lid, control panel, tank and baskets are made of food-grade stainless steel, resistant to moisture, grease and frequent washing. A cold zone in the tank collects crumbs and extends oil life, while the oil-drain tap simplifies cleaning and oil changes. Frying temperature is adjustable from 50 to +200 °C, and a safety thermostat with overheat protection adds an extra layer of safety.
