GoodFood EF66 BLACK Double Electric Fryer

The GoodFood EF66 BLACK electric fryer is a countertop model with two independent 6 L tanks, providing two separate cooking stations. This design allows two different types of food to be fried at the same time or lets the kitchen separate dishes that require different oil temperatures.

The fryer housing is made of stainless steel. Each tank has its own 2.5 kW heating element and a temperature controller ranging from 0 to 200 °C, allowing the cooking process in each section to be controlled independently.

Features

• Two independent 6 L tanks, two cooking stations.
• Separate temperature controller for each tank, 0-200 °C range.
• Combined power rating of 2.5 + 2.5 kW.
• Stainless steel housing, countertop design.
• 180x210x110 mm baskets for each tank.

Specifications

Two separate tanks make it possible to cook, for example, French fries and other products at the same time without mixing flavours and odours, which matters at a serving line with a varied menu. Independent temperature controllers allow the optimal setting to be chosen for each type of product.

The countertop format and compact size of 570x450x310 mm allow the fryer to be placed alongside other cooking equipment on the serving line of a school, kindergarten or hospital kitchen without separate installation.
