GoodFood EF6 Professional Electric Fryer

The GoodFood EF6 professional electric fryer is a countertop unit for deep-frying food in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other institutions with organised catering. The unit has one station with a 6 L bath and a stainless steel body.

The unit is powered from a 230 V mains supply, with a 2.5 kW heating element. The control lets staff set the temperature within a range of 0 to +200 °C, and the loading capacity is up to 1 kg of product per frying cycle.
