The Frosty CKEF-1-8 deep fryer is designed for deep-frying food in large volumes of oil in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens and hospitals, as well as in canteens of other institutions that prepare French fries, nuggets, pastries, doughnuts and other deep-fried dishes on an industrial scale every day.
The 8 L tank is made of stainless steel, with an oil temperature range of 50–190°C controlled by a thermostat regulator. The design includes a safety thermostat, a work-mode indicator light and a drain valve for convenient oil draining during maintenance. The removable tank and basket make daily washing and sanitation easier. The unit runs at 3250 W and is designed for countertop installation, fitting on a kitchen worktop without a dedicated floor area.
