The Frosty CKEF-2-4 electric fryer is designed for deep-frying french fries, cutlets, fish, pastries and other dishes in a large amount of oil in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other foodservice facilities. Two independent tanks allow different dishes to be cooked at the same time, or products requiring different temperatures to be fried separately without mixing flavors.
Each tank holds 4 L of oil, and the body is made of stainless steel, which simplifies daily cleaning and helps maintain kitchen sanitary standards. Working temperature is controlled by a thermostat between 50 and 190°C, and indicator lights on the panel show the current heating mode for each tank separately. The countertop design allows the fryer to be placed on a kitchen worktop without extra installation.
