The GoodFood EF14L-2 fryer basket is an original replacement accessory made for 14-liter GoodFood deep fryers. It suits school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens as well as foodservice businesses running a fryer daily for french fries, breaded nuggets and cutlets, vegetable chips and similar fried dishes.
The basket is made of food-grade stainless steel that withstands constant contact with hot oil and meets sanitary requirements for kitchen equipment. Basket size is 170×335(670)×155 mm, where the bracketed figure is the length with the handle folded. Keeping a spare or second basket on hand helps busy kitchens fry the next batch while the first is still in the oil, cutting wait times at the serving line.
