The GoodFood EF20V Electric Fryer is a countertop single-station fryer from the GoodFood brand, built for deep-frying French fries, nuggets, chebureki, pastries and similar dishes. It suits catering kitchens of schools, kindergartens and hospitals, as well as cafes and fast-food outlets that need a steady daily volume of fried food.
The body, lid, control panel, tank and basket are made of food-grade stainless steel. The tank holds 20 litres, and the heating element is protected by a metal cover, so the unit is also suitable for frying chebureki. A drain tap makes oil changes easier, and an overheat-protection feature adds safety.
