HURAKAN HKN-FDI8D Induction Fryer

The HURAKAN HKN-FDI8D induction fryer is heating equipment with a digital control unit for precise temperature control when frying in a commercial kitchen. It suits institutional kitchens at schools, healthcare facilities and foodservice businesses where predictable dish quality matters — French fries, doughnuts, tempura and other items that need a stable temperature regime.

Unlike fryers with a mechanical dial, the HKN-FDI8D digital display lets staff set and monitor temperature more precisely, with readings always visible — deviations from the target regime are noticed immediately, reducing the risk of over- or under-cooked batches. The induction principle heats the pan directly, without a heating element in between: the unit reaches working temperature faster and recovers it faster after cold product is loaded. A compact 280 mm body width lets the fryer fit into a tightly packed cooking line without rearranging the kitchen. Output is 3.5 kW, supply 220 V, weight 13.2 kg.
