The Kogast EF-40 electric fryer is designed for cooking deep-fried dishes — French fries, nuggets, battered fish and other items on the menu of school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens. The floor-standing design lets the unit be placed separately from worktops, wherever it fits best in the kitchen line.
The fryer body is made of stainless steel, with exterior panels finished in Scotch Brite polish. The 8 L tank is fitted with a drain tap, making it easy to change the oil and clean the unit. Powerful heating elements are located inside the tank, and a safety thermostat protects the unit from overheating. Stainless steel legs are height-adjustable, allowing the unit to be levelled on an uneven floor.
