The AIRHOT EF8 fryer is a twin-tank model with two 8-litre tanks, built for kitchens with high daily workloads that fry large volumes of food — French fries, battered fish, pastries and similar items. The two independent tanks allow the cooking process to be split by product type.
The design includes a safety thermostat and automatic temperature control, while an increased gap between the heating element and the tank reduces the risk of oil overheating. The two heating elements together deliver 6000 W at 220 V. The control panel has a modern, ergonomic design, and the fryer's construction simplifies daily maintenance. The supply set includes two lids, one for each tank.
