The AIRHOT EF6 fryer is a single-station model with a 6-litre tank, allowing larger batches of fried food per cycle than the smaller EF4 model in the lineup. It suits the kitchens of schools, kindergartens and hospitals that fry potatoes, battered items and other dishes daily for a sizeable number of cafeteria visitors.
The fryer body is made of stainless steel, with heat-resistant plastic handles. The heating element delivers 2500 W at a rated 220 V, and temperature is adjustable within +60 to +190°C. A safety thermostat automatically shuts off the unit if the oil temperature exceeds 250°C, reducing risk for kitchen staff. It is a countertop unit that requires no permanent installation.
