HENDI Induction Deep Fryer 215029, 2 x 8 L

The HENDI 215029 induction deep fryer is built for frying French fries, breaded meat and fish products and other dishes under heavy daily use — in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens as well as catering businesses. Two tanks with a combined usable volume of 16 L (2 x 8 L) let staff cook two different products at once or increase kitchen throughput.

Induction heating brings the oil up to the set temperature quickly and keeps it precisely stable throughout the frying cycle, without an open flame or excess heat in the kitchen. Two independent countdown timers and a display showing the current oil temperature make the process easy to control.
