The Kogast EFT7/14 electric fryer is designed for deep-frying large volumes of food — potatoes, fish, meat and other dishes. It is used in kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other institutions with organized hot meal service.
The unit has a single 15 L well and is floor-standing. Power of 11.1 kW at 380 V provides a fast heat-up to operating temperature. There is no oil drain tap. The body is made of stainless steel.
