The AIRHOT 027862 double contact grill is designed for frying meat, fish, vegetables and other products with heat applied from both sides at once, for use in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other catering facilities. This cooking method shortens frying time while keeping the product juicy.
The unit has a double design with 2 cooking stations, allowing staff to prepare several batches at the same time and speeding up kitchen work during peak service. The ribbed cooking plates are adjustable from +50 to +300°C. Heating power is 3600 W at a rated voltage of 220 V.
