The GoodFood WB1RHB Contact Grill for Burgers is specialised equipment from the GoodFood brand for making volumetric UFO burgers, in which the filling is sealed on all sides and does not spill out while eating. It suits fast-food outlets, cafés, school buffets and other catering points with a burger menu.
The body is made of stainless steel, the working plates are food-grade cast iron with a non-stick coating, and heating comes from top and bottom simultaneously. The top and bottom plates rotate 180 degrees relative to each other, ensuring an even distribution of the filling when shaping a round burger 100×60 mm in diameter.
