GoodFood ECG10 Panini RED Contact Grill

The GoodFood ECG10 Panini RED contact grill is equipment for cooking panini, sandwiches, meat and vegetables by grilling both sides at once. It is a single-station grill used in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens and other institutions with centralised catering, as well as in serving areas of canteens.

The top and bottom cooking surfaces are ribbed, made of cast iron with a protective coating, measuring 214x214 mm (top) and 230x240 mm (bottom). The top plate is spring-loaded and locks in any position, allowing it to accommodate food of different thicknesses. The temperature range is 50–300°C, adjusted with a single power control, and the unit's power rating is 1.8 kW at 220–240 V / 50 Hz.
