The GoodFood ECG11 is a contact press grill designed for quickly cooking meat, fish, vegetables and sandwiches in institutional catering kitchens — school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, cafés and fast-food outlets. A single station with ribbed top and bottom plates sears food with grill marks on both sides at once.
The cooking plates are cast iron with a protective coating: the top plate measures 340×235 mm, the bottom plate 345×240 mm. The top plate is spring-locked in any position, allowing it to handle products of different thickness. A single power control and a 50–300 °C thermostat give precise control over cooking.
