The HURAKAN HKN-PE34R is a single contact grill with a ribbed cooking surface, sized for a larger service volume than the more compact models in the lineup. It suits bar counters, small open kitchens and grill stations at foodservice businesses that cook steaks, burgers or vegetables on a ribbed surface regularly and in larger batches.
The plate is cast iron with a ribbed surface, and the temperature range runs +50…300°C. Cast iron builds up and holds heat even when cold meat is placed on it: a medium-rare beef steak takes about 2–3 minutes per side at 280–300°C. The lower end of the range, 50°C, lets kitchens hold cooked dishes warm on the pass. Power output is 2.2 kW, it runs on a 220 V supply, measures 430×370×210 mm and weighs 20 kg.
