The HENDI 263808 double contact grill is equipment from the Dutch manufacturer HENDI for professional kitchens: school, kindergarten and hospital catering units, as well as cafes, restaurants and fast-food outlets. The combination of a ribbed and a smooth cooking surface lets you prepare dishes that need different heat treatment on one appliance.
The top plate is ribbed and the bottom plate is smooth; half of the cooking area has a ribbed texture and half is smooth, widening the range of uses. Both plates are made of enamel-coated cast iron, and the housing is stainless steel.
