The HURAKAN HKN-PE44R double contact grill features ribbed working plates and is intended for the kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and foodservice businesses that cook meat, poultry, fish and vegetables with a signature grill-mark finish.
Two working sections let staff cook different products at the same time or hold a different temperature in each zone. The ribbed surface reduces direct contact area with the food — fat and juices drain into the grooves, giving a dry, even crust. The unit's temperature range is +50 to +300°C, which supports both quick searing in a few minutes and holding the temperature of cooked dishes for service. Power output is 3.6 kW at 220 V.
