The Piramit P-7600 contact grill is designed for cooking meat, fish and vegetable dishes in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as other institutions that prepare hot meals for large numbers of people every day. With two grilling surfaces, food is seared from both sides at once, cutting cooking time for portioned dishes.
The unit consists of five main components: the body, the lid, two grilling surfaces, an automatic thermostat and an indicator lamp. The body is made of stainless steel, and the upper grilling surface is built into the lid. Both surfaces are ribbed cast iron, providing even heating and the characteristic grill pattern. The thermostat automatically maintains the set temperature, switching the heating element on only when needed, while the indicator lamp shows when the element is heating.
