The GoodFood HDRG7 RED roller grill is designed for cooking hot dogs, sausages and other cylindrical products on seven rollers, split into two heating zones with three and four rollers respectively. This split allows cooking to continue in one zone while finished items are kept warm in the other.
The grill housing is made of stainless steel, and the rollers are made of food-grade steel. Each heating zone has its own temperature controller within a 50-300 °C range, allowing cooking and holding temperatures to be set independently.

Splitting the rollers into two independent zones is useful when different types or sizes of product need to be cooked at the same time, for example classic sausages in one zone and larger items in the other. This adds flexibility at the serving line during peak demand.
Compact dimensions of 560x385x200 mm allow the grill to be placed on limited counter space in a canteen or kitchen of a school, kindergarten or hospital, without a dedicated extraction hood or extra utility connections.
