The HENDI Sausage Rolling Grill 268704 is a professional roller grill from the Dutch brand HENDI for cooking sausages and hot dogs, built for the high-intensity workload of foodservice operations: school and kindergarten kitchens, cafés and fast-service outlets. Two independently controlled heating zones let you cook different batches at different temperatures at the same time.
The housing is made of stainless steel, and the rollers have a non-stick coating for even heating and easy release of the finished product. The roller width is 42 cm, allowing larger batches to be handled at once. The unit heats up quickly and recovers temperature fast between batches, while the removable drip tray makes daily cleaning easy.
