The Frosty WY-007 roller grill is used for cooking sausages and franks at cafeteria counters in schools, hospital snack bars and other institutional foodservice points that need to prepare portioned food quickly throughout the day. Its compact footprint fits easily on a serving line or buffet counter without any remodeling.
The cooking zone consists of 7 chrome-plated rollers, each heated by its own tubular element for even warming along the full length. The unit is fitted with a protective glass guard around the cooking zone and a light for better visual control while cooking. Grease that drips during operation collects in a removable tray that is easy to clean. The body is made of steel, and a thermostat allows heat to be adjusted to the type of product. Two power levels help save electricity during quieter periods.
