The Turbo Air TARB-36 is a higher-output countertop model in the Radiance line of gas radiant broilers, built for cooking large batches of food. It is used in central production kitchens and catering complexes that supply hot meals to school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, where large volumes of meat, poultry or fish need to be grilled quickly every day.
Six straight stainless-steel burners rated at 15,000 BTU/hr each run the full width of the cooking surface, spaced every 6 inches like the rest of the Radiance line. Every burner has its own adjustable standing pilot, while the heavy-duty cast-iron radiant design and welded heat box are built for continuous, intensive use. The cabinet is stainless steel on the front, sides and 4-inch front ledge, and the control knobs are made of heat-resistant PPS plastic that stays cool during operation.
