The Fimar GL33 lava stone grill is a tabletop unit from the Italian manufacturer, designed to cook meat, fish and vegetables by contact grilling on heated volcanic stone. The model suits kitchens in schools, healthcare facilities and other foodservice settings that need compact grilling equipment.
The cooking principle is based on heating a lava stone placed on a steel support grid: heat spreads evenly across the cooking surface, while a V-folded stainless steel grid channels excess fat into a pull-out drawer.
