The Turbo Air TARB-24 is a countertop gas radiant broiler from the Radiance line — a heavy-duty lava-rock style broiler with infrared burners built for high-volume grilling of meat, fish and vegetables. Units like this are used in central production kitchens that supply meals to school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, where large batches need to be cooked to order every day.
The cabinet is built from stainless steel — the front panel, side walls and 4-inch front ledge withstand heat and frequent wash-downs. Four straight stainless-steel burners rated at 15,000 BTU/hr each are spaced every 6 inches across the broiler width, giving even heat across the whole grate. Each burner has its own adjustable standing pilot, and the control knobs are made of heat-resistant PPS (Poly Phenylene Sulfide) plastic that stays cool to the touch. The reversible 3-bar cast-iron grate sits above a removable, full-width grease pan for quick daily cleaning.
