Orest GV-0.4(HD) Vapor Grill with Door

The Orest GV-0.4 (HD) vapor grill with doors extends Orest's 700-line thermal equipment range with an enclosed base — a cabinet with doors beneath the cooking surface, handy for storing trays, gastronorm pans or utensils in central kitchens of schools, kindergartens and hospitals.

Like the base model, the unit cooks meat, fish, poultry and vegetables on a grill grate with characteristic sear marks over a water bath with a working capacity of 21 L; the cooking area measures 470×335 mm. Water fills automatically at the push of a button, and a safety interlock prevents operation without water while guarding against overfilling. Power supply is 380 V with a 6 kW electric output. Overall dimensions are 400×700 (*729)×900 (1100) mm, and the unit weighs 45 kg.
