Orest GV-0.4 Vapor Grill, 21 L Bath Capacity

The Orest GV-0.4 vapor grill cooks meat, fish, poultry and vegetables as part of Orest's 700-line thermal equipment in central kitchens of schools, kindergartens and hospitals. Food is cooked on a grill grate that leaves characteristic sear marks, while a water bath underneath helps control the cooking process.

The unit is made of stainless steel, the water bath has a working capacity of 21 L, and the cooking area measures 470×335 mm. The bath fills automatically at the push of a button, and a safety interlock prevents operation without water while also guarding against overfilling. Power supply is 380 V with a 6 kW electric output. Overall dimensions are 400×700 (*729)×900 (1100) mm, and the unit weighs 45 kg.
