The Orest GV-0.8(HD) vapor grill is professional cooking equipment for preparing meat, fish, poultry and vegetables with a characteristic grill-marked surface. It is used in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, and other facilities that cook large volumes of hot food every day and need reliable, low-maintenance equipment.
The unit is made entirely of stainless steel and can run standalone or as part of the Orest 700 series thermal line. A 10 mm thick grill grate ensures even cooking, while a lockable lifting mechanism for the heating elements lets staff adjust the distance to the grate. The tank fills with water automatically at the push of a button, the unit connects to the drain, and safety interlocks prevent operation without water or tank overfilling.
