The HENDI Lift Salamander 600 264706 is heating equipment from the Dutch brand HENDI for finishing dishes: browning, melting cheese, warming before serving. It suits school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as restaurants and cafes with a high order flow.
Smooth height adjustment of the heating element from 70 to 200 mm via a sprocket-and-chain mechanism gives precise control over the intensity of heat treatment.
