The EWT INOX WB-16E1 is a 16 L electric water boiler sized for medium-load kitchens and buffets in schools, kindergartens and hospitals, where hot water is needed for drinks and tea for a group of visitors or a staff shift.
The single-wall stainless steel body has a hard-plastic tap for pouring hot water. There is no temperature regulator: water is brought to a boil, heating switches off, and the thermostat turns the element back on once the temperature drops below 80°C, keeping it within +80…+100°C. At 1.5 kW, a full tank heats up in 40 minutes. Indicator lights show the operating mode, and the water level is visible through an external transparent tube.
