The Bartscher A200052 thermal container combines a canning function with beverage warming: its 25 L capacity suits school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens that regularly can compotes, vegetables or fruit, or need to keep hot drinks at serving temperature.
Usable capacity is 25 L (25.4 L maximum), with smooth, thermostatic temperature control from 30°C to 100°C. A 320 mm diameter rack for jars is included for canning. The lid is glass, the body is made of high-grade steel and plastic, and controls are electronic with a dial.
