The HENDI double-walled hot drinks boiler with a 9 L capacity is designed for preparing hot beverages in small to medium batches — a single fill delivers up to 60 cups of drink in 40 minutes, making it suitable for buffets and kitchens in schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other institutions with limited serving space.
The double-walled body is made of 18/8 stainless steel with polypropylene (PP) components and is designed for indoor use. The operating temperature range runs from 30°C to 100°C, with control via an analog panel. It runs on a 230 V supply, the heating element rated at 1500 W, with a 1500 mm mains cord. The unit includes overheat protection; materials are suitable for food contact, though it is not intended for preparing chocolate milk or milk.
