The Orest EBP-100L steam-jacketed kettle cooks large batches of soups, porridges and side dishes at school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as catering combines that prepare hot meals for large numbers of people daily.
The rectangular bowl is made of 2 mm AISI-304 stainless steel, and the body is also entirely stainless steel. Working capacity is 100 L with a bottom area of 0.16 m². A ventilated 200 mm rear splashback protects the kitchen walls from steam and splashes, while the lid locks in the raised position during loading. The unit features Italian-made automatics and fittings, connects to the water supply and drainage, and dispenses water at the touch of a button.
