The Orest EBP-100LC(ih) steam-jacketed kettle is designed for cooking soups, side dishes, compotes and other food in large volumes at school, kindergarten, hospital and social care facility kitchens. A 100-liter working bowl capacity lets staff prepare several hundred portions in a single cooking cycle.
The bowl is heated indirectly through a steam jacket: water sealed in the jacket around the bowl is heated by an electric element and transfers heat evenly to the food, preventing scorching even with slow stirring. The bowl is stamped from 2 mm AISI-304 stainless steel, and the kettle body is also made entirely of stainless steel. Automation and fittings are Italian-made, the lid locks in the raised position, and water is fed into the bowl at the touch of a button once the kettle is connected to the water supply and drainage.
