The Orest EBP-150LC(ih) steam-jacketed kettle is built for cooking soups, cereals, compotes and other dishes in large volumes at school, kindergarten, hospital and social care facility kitchens. A 150-liter working bowl capacity allows preparing several hundred portions in one cooking cycle without a reload.
Heating works indirectly through a sealed steam jacket around the bowl: water inside the jacket is heated by an electric element and transfers heat to the food evenly across the whole volume, preventing scorching. The bowl is stamped from 2 mm AISI-304 stainless steel, and the kettle body is likewise made entirely of stainless steel. Automation and fittings are Italian-made, the lid locks in the raised position, and water reaches the bowl at the touch of a button once the kettle is connected to the water supply and drainage.
