The Orest EBP-250LC(ih) steam-jacketed kettle is high-capacity equipment for centralized cooking of soups, side dishes and beverages at school, hospital, boarding facility and other mass-catering kitchens. A 250-liter working bowl capacity supports several thousand portions per shift.
Heating is indirect, via a steam jacket: water sealed around the bowl is heated by an electric element and transfers heat evenly across the whole 0.37 m² bottom area, preventing scorching when cooking large volumes. The bowl is stamped from 2 mm AISI-304 stainless steel, and the kettle body is made entirely of stainless steel. Automation and fittings are Italian-made, the lid locks in the raised position, and water reaches the bowl at the touch of a button once the kettle is connected to the water supply and drainage.
