The Orest EBP-80LC(ih) steam-jacketed kettle is built for cooking large volumes of soups, porridges, compotes and sauces in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as catering combines that serve hot meals to large numbers of people every day.
The bowl is heated using a steam-water jacket principle: water circulates in a jacket around the bowl and is heated by an electric element, transferring heat gently and evenly across the entire bottom surface to prevent food from burning. The bowl is stamped from 2 mm AISI-304 stainless steel, and the kettle body is also made entirely of stainless steel. Working capacity is 60-80 L with a bottom area of 0.19 m², enough for a mid-sized institution's daily menu.
