The Ozti OTEI 100 electric boiling pan is designed for cooking soups, porridges, sauces and other liquid and semi-liquid dishes in the kitchens of educational and healthcare institutions — schools, kindergartens and hospitals — where large volumes of food are prepared daily according to a fixed menu. The unit suits medium and large-scale kitchens where output, controllable heating and ease of operation by staff all matter.
The OTEI 100 uses indirect heating: heat is transferred to the product through a steam jacket around the pan, reducing the risk of localized scorching and allowing even cooking of large batches. Pan capacity is 100 L. The model belongs to Ozti's 900 series — an 18 kW electric power supply at 400 V – 3NPE, 50/60 Hz ensures the unit reaches working temperature reliably.
