The Ozti OTEI 150 electric boiling pan belongs to Ozti's 900 series — a family of indirect-heat boiling pans designed for high-volume daily food preparation in the kitchens of educational and healthcare institutions. The 900 series brings together several pan sizes built on the same heating principle and design approach, letting an institution match the equipment to the actual number of people served and, if needed, add a pan of a different capacity from the same series later.
The OTEI 150 uses indirect heating: heat is transferred to the product through a steam jacket around the pan, reducing the risk of scorching and allowing even cooking of large batches of soups, porridges and sauces. Pan capacity is 150 L. An 18 kW electric power supply at 400 V – 3NPE, 50/60 Hz keeps the unit running in a stable working mode. Overall dimensions are 800×900×850 mm, net weight 95.9 kg.
