The Ozti OTEI 250 electric boiling pan stands out for its rectangular pan shape — unlike traditional round pans, this layout makes the unit easier to fit into an equipment line and simplifies unloading large batches of finished food directly into gastronorm pans or transport containers. The OTEI 250 belongs to Ozti's 900 series and uses indirect heating: heat is transferred to the product through a steam jacket around the pan, reducing the risk of scorching and ensuring even cooking of large food volumes.
