The Orest EBP-60L steam-jacketed kettle is built for cooking soups, porridges, sauces and other dishes in large batches at school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as catering combines that feed large numbers of people daily. Working bowl capacity is 60 L.
Heating works on a steam-water jacket principle: water fed into a jacket around the bowl is heated by an electric element, then transfers heat to the food gently and evenly across the whole bowl volume, preventing scorching. The bowl is made of 2 mm AISI-304 stainless steel, and the body is entirely stainless steel. Automation and fittings are of Italian origin; the kettle connects to the water supply and drainage with one-button water filling, and it integrates easily into an Orest 700 series cooking line.
