The AIRHOT PC-4 pasta cooker is designed for boiling pasta, dumplings, vegetables and other products in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens and other institutions with daily menu-based cooking. The unit lets kitchen staff cook several batches at once, which is convenient during peak serving times.
The unit has two 8-litre tanks, each measuring 170x315x160 mm. It comes with 4 baskets for lowering food into boiling water and quickly lifting it out once cooked. Each tank has its own thermostat — a working one and a safety one — which improves operating safety. The pasta cooker runs on a 220 V supply, with a total heating element power of 4000 W.
