The Apach APPE-47P electric pasta cooker belongs to the 700 Series line by the Italian manufacturer Apach and is built for boiling pasta, dumplings and other food in large volumes — in school, hospital and catering kitchens with heavy workloads.
The unit has a single 26 L tank made of AISI 316 stainless steel, resistant to prolonged contact with water. It features water supply and drainage taps for easier servicing and cleaning. The body stands on adjustable feet, with a closed cabinet with a hinged door underneath for storing utensils. It runs on 380 V power with a 5.5 kW output. Cooking baskets are not included and are purchased separately.
