The Apach APPE-77P electric pasta cooker is the larger model in the 700 Series line by the Italian manufacturer Apach, built for high-volume pasta cooking in heavy-duty kitchens: large boarding schools, hospitals and school catering plants.
The 40 L tank is made of AISI 316 stainless steel. The unit is equipped with water supply and drainage taps, simplifying maintenance and sanitation. The body stands on adjustable feet, with a closed cabinet with a hinged door beneath the work surface. It runs on 380 V power with a 9 kW heating output. Cooking baskets are not included and can be purchased separately.
