The GoodFood PM2 electric pasta cooker is a countertop unit for boiling pasta, dumplings, varenyky and other products in hot water in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other institutions with organised catering. The unit has one station with a 6 L bath and a stainless steel body.
The unit is powered from a 220 V mains supply, with a 2.5 kW heating element. The control lets staff set the temperature within a range of 0 to +200 °C, and the unit comes with two baskets for cooking different batches of product at the same time.
