The GoodFood PM4 electric pasta cooker is a countertop unit for boiling pasta, designed for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens as well as other institutional catering facilities that prepare pasta dishes in scheduled batches. The unit has one station with two separate tanks, allowing different types of pasta to be cooked at the same time or several batches to be prepared without mixing water or starch residue.
The housing is made of stainless steel, a material that meets the requirements for kitchen equipment in terms of moisture resistance and regular washing. The heating power is 4 kW, which allows water to reach boiling point quickly, while the temperature controller lets staff set a working mode between +30 and +110 °C depending on the recipe and type of product.
