The HURAKAN HKN-EKT60 8+8+8 L pasta cooker is countertop heating equipment for boiling pasta and blanching vegetables in the hot sections of school and hospital kitchens, restaurants and fast-food outlets.
The unit has three independent sections of 8 L each — 24 L of boiling water in total. Independent sections allow different types of pasta to be cooked at the same time, for example spaghetti in one section and penne in another, or vegetables to be blanched without interrupting the neighboring sections; water in each section can be changed separately. Total power is 6 kW at 220V, dimensions are 590×450×540 mm, and weight is 17 kg. The countertop design allows the pasta cooker to be placed on a standard production table alongside other heating equipment.
