Orest PC-0.8-D Pasta Cooker, 2×18-20 L Capacity

The Orest PC-0.8-D pasta cooker is built for boiling pasta, cereals and vegetables in large batches at school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens. Two independent kettles of 18-20 L each let staff cook different products at once or run two boiling cycles back to back without waiting.

The frame is made of stainless steel, and the kettles themselves have increased rigidity thanks to 1.5 mm wall thickness. Liquid is drained through an Italian-made valve, heating power is adjusted smoothly, and the set temperature is maintained automatically. The unit can be installed on its own on a table or stand, or as part of an Orest 700-series line, with worktops joined between neighbouring units to form a line or an island layout.
